By using the "SavEX" application or any of its services, this shall be considered an acknowledgment by you and an explicit and binding agreement to comply with all terms and conditions stated in this agreement, as well as any amendments that may be made to it from time to time.

If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the application or any of its services.

"SavEX" is an electronic platform that provides a variety of services, including but not limited to: shopping, vouchers, auctions, draws, offers, deals, gifts, and electronic payment services. The application may act as an intermediary between users and providers of goods or services or merchants, without being a direct party to any transaction carried out between them, unless otherwise stated.

These terms and conditions apply to all users and visitors, and to anyone who accesses or uses the application in any form.

Using some of the services of "SavEX" may require creating a user account. You may be required to log in using your own credentials and link a valid payment method to the account.

By using the services of "SavEX", you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You commit to taking all necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for the activities carried out through your account, unless you immediately notify "SavEX" of any breach or unauthorized use

You must notify "SavEX" immediately if you suspect:
• Any security breach
• Any unauthorized use

You also commit that all provided information shall be:
• Correct
• Accurate
• Continuously updated

🚫 Prohibited Use

It is prohibited to use the services of "SavEX" in any of the following cases:
• Disabling, weakening, or negatively affecting the performance of the platform or access to it
• Any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful use
• Any activity that violates laws or is related to a criminal offense
• Causing harm, disturbance, or abuse to any other party

This may result in appropriate actions, including:
• Account suspension
• Service termination
• Legal action when necessary

"SavEX" has the right, at its reasonable discretion and without prior notice, to:
• Refuse to provide the service to any user
• Suspend or terminate any account
• Remove or modify any content

In the event of:
• Violation of these terms

If you choose to use SavEX services, your use and any dispute related to privacy shall be subject to this notice, in addition to our terms of use and sale, including the provisions related to limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and the application of the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

If you have any concerns related to privacy, you may contact us and provide a clear description of the issue, and we will work to try to resolve it in the best possible way.

Our business and services may continue to develop, and therefore the privacy notice may be updated from time to time. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the application or website periodically to view any changes.

Unless otherwise stated, the current privacy notice applies to all data we hold about you and your account. However, we commit not to make substantial changes that weaken the level of protection of customer data previously collected without obtaining the consent of the affected users.

Orders, Pricing, Draws and Liabilities Terms

Orders, Pricing, Draws and Liabilities Terms (Orders, Pricing, Auctions & Liability)

First: Purchase Authorization
If you choose a product or service through "SavEX", you expressly authorize the platform to complete the purchase on your behalf upon order confirmation.
You also agree to receive invoices and order-related notices electronically via the email address or phone number registered in your account, including shipping confirmations when available.

Second: Payment and Billing
If fees cannot be collected from the primary payment method, "SavEX" has the right to collect the due amount from any other valid payment method linked to your account, in accordance with applicable laws.

Third: Pricing and Pricing Errors
All displayed prices include the legally applicable value-added tax, unless expressly stated otherwise.
"SavEX" makes efforts to ensure the accuracy of product information, including prices, specifications, and availability; however, this information may change from time to time.
Nevertheless, pricing errors may occur. If an error is discovered while processing the order:
• The correct price will be verified
• "SavEX" has the right to modify or cancel the order according to the correct price before completing the process

Fourth: Availability and Delivery
During order processing, you will be notified as soon as possible if any of the requested products are unavailable.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery dates are considered estimated and not guaranteed dates, and may not be relied upon as a final commitment.

Fifth: Draw System
• Selection is carried out electronically in a fully random manner through a secured system without human intervention.
• There is an indicator that shows the progress of participation for each product until the closing date.
• Each user has an indicator that shows the winning chance percentage in real time.
• Users are notified immediately once participation is completed and winners are announced through the system.

Sixth: Availability and Prize Replacement
In rare cases, product specifications may differ or change depending on stock.
If you win a product that is unavailable at the time of execution, you may:
1. Choose an alternative product of the same value or less
2. Or receive a cash refund of 70% of the product value

Seventh: Warranty and Product Liability
"SavEX" is not responsible for inspecting or evaluating products and does not provide any warranties related to them.
In case of any inquiries or issues, you must contact the manufacturer or authorized agent directly.
"SavEX" also bears no responsibility for the manufacturing or content of the product, as the purchase is made on behalf of the user only in the event of winning.

Eighth: Responsibility for Services and Vouchers
• "SavEX" aims to provide offers from approved companies according to specific standards.
• Responsibility for the quality of products or services lies with the service provider or the advertising entity.
• "SavEX" may intervene as a mediator to attempt to settle disputes without this constituting any legal obligation on its part.
• Customer service can be contacted inside the application for any inquiry or complaint.

Ninth: Legal Framework
In the event of any dispute or legal claim related to the use of the platform, it shall be handled in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Platform Role in Buying and Selling

The "SavEX" platform allows third-party sellers to list, display, and sell their products through the application or website.

βš–οΈ Nature of the Role of "SavEX"

"SavEX" operates only as a technical intermediary platform to facilitate listing and selling processes between sellers and buyers, and is not considered a party to any transaction carried out between them, nor does it act as an agent or legal representative of any party.

Accordingly:
• "SavEX" is not considered a buyer or seller of any products offered by third parties
• Its role is limited to providing a technical environment for displaying products and completing transactions

When any sale of products provided by a third party is completed, the contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller only, without "SavEX" being a party to it in any form.

πŸ‘€ Seller Responsibility

The seller bears full responsibility for:
• Listing and selling products
• The accuracy, quality, and description of the products
• Order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery
• Handling any complaints or claims from buyers
• Complying with all relevant laws and regulations

"SavEX" bears no responsibility for:
• The quality or conformity of the displayed products
• Delays or failures in delivery operations
• Disputes between the seller and the buyer
• Any direct or indirect damages arising from transactions

"SavEX" may, at its discretion, provide tools or mechanisms to facilitate resolving disputes between users, without this being understood as making it a party to the dispute or responsible for its outcome.

This clause does not prejudice any legal or regulatory rights of "SavEX", and the platform reserves its right to take appropriate actions against any party that misuses the system or violates the terms.

Modification of Terms and Conditions of Sale

The "SavEX" platform reserves the full right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or change any component of the platform, including the website, application, policies, terms and conditions, and conditions of sale, at any time and without prior notice, within the limits permitted by law.

All use of "SavEX" services shall be subject to the terms, policies, and conditions of sale that are valid and in effect at the time of using the service or completing any purchase or transaction.

If the amendment is required by law or by a competent governmental authority, it may be applied with immediate effect, including to previous orders or transactions when legally required.

Your continued use of the services after any amendments are published shall be considered your explicit consent to such amendments.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain fully valid and binding.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

• A fixed shipping fee of 50 EGP is automatically added when completing any purchase that requires shipping.
• It is linked to the product type, whether the product is shippable or electronic and does not require shipping.
• If there is sufficient balance in the account, the shipping fee will be deducted immediately.
• If the balance is insufficient, the shipping fee will be recorded as a debt on the account, and the balance may become negative by the value of the due fees or part of them.
• Due shipping fees do not expire over time or due to account inactivity.
• Any amounts due on the account will be automatically deducted from the first balance, earnings, or deposits added to the account in the future.
• The app reserves the right to restrict some services or transactions on accounts with outstanding debts until they are settled.
• The app may use intermediary shipping companies responsible for shipping operations, which requires providing the customer’s data to the shipping company to deliver the product.
• By completing the purchase, the user acknowledges and agrees to the application of the shipping fees and the collection mechanism described above.

Returns and Refund Policy

This policy applies to all return and refund operations within the "SavEX" platform.

First: πŸ›οΈ Return of Physical Products

• SavEX is not the direct buyer or seller of the products displayed on the platform, and its role is limited to providing an environment for displaying products and completing purchases between different parties.
• Upon completing the purchase, the contract is concluded directly between the buyer and the seller (the company or entity supplying the product), and SavEX is not a party to this contract and does not bear any obligations or responsibilities arising from it.
• The seller is fully responsible for providing the product, its quality, and resolving any claims or issues that may arise from it.
• The seller’s return policy applies, in addition to the laws in force in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
• SavEX bears no responsibility for return or replacement processes related to physical products.

Second: 🎟️ Refund of Voucher Balance

• The customer has the right to request a refund of voucher balance within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
• The refund request shall result in the following:
• Cancellation of the full voucher balance requested to be refunded.
• Cancellation of any bonus or benefits granted based on the purchase transaction.
• Cancellation of any participation in draws or offers linked to the voucher balance.
• If the customer has received any gifts or prizes as a result of participation, they must be returned in the same condition in which they were received (unused and unopened).
• 25% of the refund value will be deducted as administrative expenses.

Third: πŸ’³ Conditions for Submitting a Refund Request (Wallet inside the App)

• You can submit an electronic refund request at any time and for any amount starting from 10 EGP available in your wallet within the app.
• A 1% administrative fee is added, with a minimum of 3 EGP.
• Refund fees apply to each wallet top-up transaction independently, with a minimum of 3 EGP per transaction, even if the customer combines several top-up transactions in one refund request.
• A 10% administrative fee is added, with a minimum of 3 EGP, if the customer tops up and requests a refund without using any of the paid services in the app.
• In case of topping up the balance and requesting a partial refund, a 1% fee applies to any refunded amounts from product participation transactions, and a 10% fee applies to any amounts not used in participation from the same single top-up transaction, with a minimum of 3 EGP per transaction.
• Fees are deducted from the refunded amount.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the customer for the top-up (Visa is refunded to the same Visa, and wallet payments are refunded to the same wallet).
• Fawry .. Aman .. Masary .. Sadad .. Momken customers .. refunds are made only to the customer’s wallet in the app as balance to be reused in the different services provided by the app, and cannot be refunded outside the app.
• It is not possible to request a refund for any funds used to participate in a product or products until the participation process ends and the participant has not been selected. If the participant is selected, the amount will not be refunded, and refunded amounts are returned to the customer’s wallet in the app immediately after the draw or auction ends.
• Once the customer submits the refund request, the request amount is deducted from the customer’s cash wallet and remains pending in refund requests.
• Refund requests are processed within a period from 7 to 30 working days, excluding administrative and official holidays, according to the volume of requests submitted during the same period. During this period, the request status will be under processing.
• During the under-processing period, the customer has the right to cancel the request and return the amount again to the customer’s cash wallet.
• Once the refund process is completed through the app, the refunded amount takes several days to be returned to the customer’s account. This depends on the company or bank to which the customer’s account belongs and according to the instructions of the Central Bank of Egypt. The app has no involvement in this period. During this period, the request status will be deferred, and this period differs depending on whether it is an electronic wallet or a bank card.
• Administrative fees: administrative fees are applied to top-up or refund operations.

Transfer to Friend Policy

πŸ”„ Transfer to Friend Policy (Transfer to Friend Policy)

• When using the "Transfer to Friend" service, the customer bears full responsibility for entering the beneficiary’s details correctly, including the phone number. The transfer is considered final and cannot be canceled or reversed once it has been successfully completed within the system.

• The customer who receives the transferred amount has no right to request a refund of any amounts transferred to them. The right to request a refund is limited only to the customer who made the original top-up, in accordance with the approved refund policies and using the same original payment method.

• If the customer wishes to refund an amount that has been fully or partially transferred to another party, the transferred amount must first be returned to the original account from which the top-up was made. This must be done through a direct agreement between the concerned parties, without any obligation or intervention from the application in settling this relationship. After completing this, the customer may submit a refund request according to the approved procedures.

• The "Transfer to Friend" service is provided as a completely free service between users of the application, without imposing any additional fees on the transfer process.

Account Suspension and Ban Policy

SavEX reserves the right to take the necessary actions, including banning or suspending any customer account, in the following cases:

• SavEX has the right to refuse any customer’s participation in services or offers, as well as ban their account at its discretion.
• If the customer violates the terms of use or platform policies.
• If the customer attempts to defame the platform or harm its reputation through social media or any other channels in a way that damages the platform.
• If any inappropriate behavior occurs, such as abuse or verbal misconduct toward customer service representatives or any of SavEX’s employees.

These actions are taken to maintain a safe and respectful usage environment for all users.

Anti-Fraud and Abuse

The "SavEX" platform is committed to maintaining a safe and fair usage environment for all users, and reserves the right to take all necessary measures to prevent, detect, and address any fraudulent activities or abuse.

Users are prohibited from carrying out any of the following actions, whether directly or indirectly:
• Manipulating auctions by any means, including:
oUsing multiple accounts (Multi-Accounting)
oCoordination or collusion between users (Collusion)
oArtificially or falsely increasing prices (Bid Manipulation)
• Misusing vouchers or offers, including:
oCreating multiple accounts to obtain repeated benefits
oExploiting technical or pricing errors (Exploiting Bugs)
oCircumventing the system to resell vouchers or transfer them without authorization
• Circumventing payment systems or attempting to achieve disguised cash withdrawal (Cash-Out Abuse) without a genuine commercial transaction
• Using technical or automated means such as:
oBots
oScripts
oAutomation tools
to affect the results of auctions or services
• Providing misleading information or using false identities
• Any activity aimed at achieving unfair gains or harming the platform or other users

"SavEX" reserves the right to use advanced systems and technologies to monitor and analyze activities, including:
• User behavior analysis (Behavioral Analysis)
• Monitoring unusual patterns in transactions
• Verifying devices and IP addresses
• Manually reviewing operations when there is suspicion

⚠️ Actions in Case of Suspicion or Violation

In the event of suspicion or verification of any fraudulent activity or abuse, "SavEX" has the right, at its reasonable discretion, to:
• Suspend or disable the account temporarily or permanently
• Freeze balances or vouchers linked to the account
• Cancel or reverse any transactions or earnings resulting from the violating activity
• Block access to some or all services
• Take the necessary legal actions

• "SavEX" reserves the right to review any transaction before completing it
• Any withdrawal or use of balances may be delayed or suspended in case of suspicion
• If the violation is proven, earnings or benefits resulting from the unlawful activity may be confiscated

You are allowed to post comments, reviews, messages, suggestions, ideas, questions, or any other content through the "SavEX" application, provided that such content does not violate the law or these terms.

This includes all channels and platforms affiliated with "SavEX", including its official social media accounts.

It is prohibited to post any content that includes or promotes the following:
• Any illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, or defamatory content
• Violation of the privacy rights or intellectual property rights of any third party
• Any content that causes harm or abuse to any person or entity
• Viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Spam messages, including chain messages or mass emails
• Unauthorized commercial content or unlicensed advertisements
• Unauthorized political promotional or advertising content

It is also prohibited to impersonate any individual or entity, or to use misleading data or information regarding the source of the content.

When you post any content within "SavEX", you grant the platform a license that is:
• Non-exclusive
• Free of charge
• Valid throughout the legal protection period of the content
• Sublicensable

You also grant "SavEX" the right to use the name associated with the published content.

You acknowledge and warrant that:
• You have all necessary rights and permissions to publish the content
• The submitted content is accurate and not misleading

• The content does not cause any harm to any person or entity

You agree to indemnify and protect "SavEX" from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the content you publish or share, except in cases where liability results from a direct fault by "SavEX" after legal notification that the content is unlawful.

• Modify or remove any violating content

• Suspend or terminate the user account associated with the violating content

Any dealing or transaction between you and a third party through the platform is considered a direct relationship between you and that third party, and is subject to the terms and policies of that party.

"SavEX" may share the necessary data related to the transaction with the third party, within the limits required to complete the service and in accordance with the approved privacy policy.

Intellectual Property Rights

The compilation, arrangement, and presentation of all content within the application are also considered exclusive property of the "SavEX" application and are subject to the same legal protection.

All elements, including but not limited to: logos, page headers, button icons, texts, and service names within the application, are trademarks and/or trade dress exclusively owned by the "SavEX" application.

These marks may not be used in any way that may lead to:
• Creating confusion or misleading users regarding the source of any product or service
• Suggesting the existence of an unreal partnership or endorsement
• Damaging the reputation of the application or its commercial value

All other trademarks appearing within the application are the property of their respective owners, and their use does not imply the existence of any partnership or relationship unless expressly stated.

Subject to compliance with these terms, the "SavEX" platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the application and its services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

Any use that violates these terms is considered misuse and automatically results in the termination of the license granted to you, without prejudice to the right of "SavEX" to take the necessary legal actions.

"SavEX" reserves all rights not expressly granted under these terms, and any unauthorized use shall be considered a violation that exposes the violator to legal liability.

Reporting Infringements and Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receiving a report that meets the requirements, "SavEX" may, at its reasonable discretion, take appropriate actions, including:
• Removing the content subject to the complaint or disabling access to it
• Suspending or restricting the accounts associated with the content when necessary
• Taking temporary measures until the investigation is completed

This shall not be considered an acknowledgment of liability by "SavEX", and without prejudice to any rights or legal defenses reserved to it.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Jurisdiction

The competent courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt shall be the exclusive judicial authority to settle any dispute arising out of or related to these terms.
